Vacantele reduc stresul&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate unul dintre cele mai elocvente exemple de perioade stresante este reprezentat perioada ultimilor doi ani, in care situatia generata de pandemia Covid-19 s-a facut vinovata de subrezirea sanatatii noastre mintale mai mult decat ne-am fi asteptat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul ca nu ne-am putut face planuri, faptul ca a trebuit sa gasim solutii astfel incat sa lucram de acasa, faptul ca scolile si gradinitele au fost mai mult inchise decat deschise si ca multi dintre parinti au fost nevoiti sa-si ingrijeasca micutii in timpul programului de serviciu, faptul ca multe evenimente au fost anulate si ca nenumarate planuri au fost date peste cap &#8211; acestea pot fi doar cateva exemple de efecte negative pe care psihicul nostru le-a experimentat in ultima perioada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intr-o stare continua de stres, corpul si mintea nu au suficient timp sa se recupereze, pe cand o vacanta are aceasta capacitate de a ajuta omul sa se indeparteze de mediile care-i cauzeaza stres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele studii au aratat ca pana si o vacanta scurta poate avea capacitatea de a reduce stresul chiar si cu pana la peste 40 de zile dupa terminarea acesteia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Vacantele_te_ajuta_in_lupta_impotriva_anxietatii\"><\/span><strong>5. Vacantele ofera sentimentul de satisfactie, de fericire, de implinire<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate beneficiile enumerate mai sus, adica reducerea stresului, a anxietatii, intreruperea rutinei zilnice si pauza de la anumite responsabilitati si obligatii aduc de la sine si un sentiment de fericire, de satisfactie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multe dintre persoanele care au dorit sa-si faca o vacanta in perioada pandemiei si care in alt context poate ca ar fi plecat, insa au fost conditionate de restrictii, nu au simtit neaparat ca munca lor si efortul depus mai ofera aceeasi satisfactie. De ce? Pentru ca nu a existat acel context in care sa se poata recompensa pentru efortul depus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O vacanta poate fi perceputa si drept o recompensa\/un premiu pentru sine. Pentru tot timpul petrecut la job, pentru toata oboseala acumulata, pentru toata truda. Astfel, atunci cand ne aflam in vacanta, mintea noastra poate cunoaste sentimente de implinire, de fericire, de gratitudine, de recunoastere de sine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Vacantele_iti_activeaza_simturile_intr-o_maniera_diferita\"><\/span><strong>7. Vacantele iti activeaza simturile intr-o maniera diferita&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atunci cand te afli intr-o vacanta si iti dai voie sa te cufunzi intr-un mediu nou, diferit de cel de acasa si de rutina ta zilnica, intr-o cultura noua, cu obiceiuri noi, cu imprejurimi noi, simturile tale sunt intensificate.
