Poate parea incredibil, insa stiai ca 50 ml de lichior pot avea chiar si 200 de kcal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre exemplu, un pahar de vin standard, de 175 ml, are 133 de kcal, in timp ce 50 ml de gin pot avea 100 kcal. O bere normala, de 355 ml, poate avea in jur de 160 de kcal, in timp ce o bere artizanala sau cu un continut mai ridicat de alcool poate avea chiar si 300 kcal pentru aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Ia_gustari_sanatoase_intre_mese\"><\/span><strong>5. Ia gustari sanatoase intre mese<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, alimentatia din vacanta presupune si gustari de tipul snacks, tablete de ciocolata, produse de patiserie cumparate din benzinarii sau din aeroporturi, jeleuri, chipsuri.
